
If you are not satisfied in any way with a Choma Gallery item, you may exchange it or return the item within 3 days from receipt of delivery.
You will receive a full refund of the cost of the purchased item(s).
The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay the return shipping charge unless the shipping error was ours.
return authorization
You must inform our staff via email prior to shipping a return, in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. Simply send your return request to: returns@chomagallery.com.
damaged returns
We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, since artworks are considered fragile shipping items, we request that you ship your return in the identical manner in which it was sent. Please include insurance for full-value amount against damage or loss. With this appropriate protection in place, we are able to offer a 100% refund on your purchase.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot guarantee your 100% refund if damage or loss has occurred as a result of return shipment without the proper insurance in place. |
